Who can submit a deal?

Owners, wholesalers with an assignable contract, agents with a listing or written seller authorization, and other operators who control a property. Tell us your relationship honestly so we can review it properly.

Will my submission be listed publicly?

Not automatically. Nothing you submit is published. If we agree to market it and you have authority, we discuss what may be shown publicly and what stays private.

Can I upload documents or photos?

This form accepts a link to approved photos. Document uploads are intentionally not offered here until a secure, restricted storage path is in place. We will request documents by a private channel during review.

Do you ask for lockbox codes?

Not on this form. Access details are only arranged privately after a property is reviewed and an inspection or walkthrough is scheduled.
